Re; 55D Laurel Point Drive, replacement of house
Dear Mr. Sanders:
The existing four-bedroom house on the above property was razed and replaced in the same
footprint with a three-bedroom house. As the total sewage discharge from the house was not
increased, and no new area of the lot was covered with the new house, the requirements of
Section 19-13-B100a oftbe CT Public Health Code do not apply, and the replacement is
allowed.
