Dear Mr. McIlwain:
The Connecticut Light and Power Company (CL&P or the "Company") has inspected the
electrical service to your property located at the above address. The Company's inspector
discovered that wiring changes were made and that your electric service does not conform to
CL&P's Cut and Reconnect Policy.
You or your electrician must contact Gary Petersen in CL&P's local office at
860-447-5810 to discuss the resolution of this matter by November 30, 1998.
If CL&P does not hear from you or your contractor by the above date, the Company may be
forced to interrupt your electric service.
