Dear Mr. Murphy:
I have reviewed the above-captioned request for
modification of Section R-206 Ceiling Height. It is my
decision to approve this modification as requested to allow
a finished ceiling height of six feet nine inches (61911)
within a 428 square foot finished basement. This decision
is based on existing ,conditions which preclude strict
compliance with dimensions for new construction.
