Dear Ms. Chongo
During a recent review of our files we have found two outstanding permits remain open to date. These
permits are B2004-01852, dated 13-May-04 for a deck and B2004-0311, dated 15-Jun-04 for an addition.
Please note that our records reveal that the required inspections have not been called for and therefore no
certificates of occupancies have been issued.
Please be reminded that is the responsibility the permit applicant to schedule the required inspections and
that the use of structures without a certificate of occupancy constitutes a violation of the Connecticut
Building Code.
Please call our office between the hours of 8:OOAM and 4:30 PM to schedule the inspections. Thank you
for quick response to this matter.
