Dear Sir or Madam:
A violation notice was issued on 8/l/00 for the installation of a shed without a zoning and
building permits.
On 8/15/00 a building permit was applied for in order to correct the violation; however, the
building permit has not been issued because no zoning permit has been issued and a fee of
$21.32 for the building permit has not been paid for.
Please notify our office within 5 business days with a plan of compliance to avoid legal action.
