It is my decision to approve this modification, as requested, and allow use of a reduced wind speed of 110 mph for this construction project rather than the Appendix M wind speed of 115 mph which is the designated wind speed for the municipality of Montville. This decision is based on the proposed amendments to Appendix M that revise wind speeds in certain municipalities. It is my decision to approve this modification, as requested, and allow use of a . reduced wind speed of 110 mph for this construction project rather than the Appendix M wind speed of 115 mph which is the designated wind speed for the municipality of Montville. This decision is based on the proposed amendments to Appendix M that revise wind speeds in certain municipalities (Montville-110 mph).
