Re: 1499 Rt. 85 Oakdale, Ct. 06370 Blight #R100128
On, 03/13/19, I received a complaint of possible blight at the above referenced address. I conducted an inspection of the property today and determined that the property is blighted
in accordance with the Town of Montville Blight Ordinance, 2018-06, as follows:
Abandoned structure is deteriorating due to lack of maintenance
Small amount of accumulated debris in yard
Per chapter 195-6 of the ordinance, in order to avoid a citation, you must remediate this violation on or before May 3. 2019. Per chapter 195-7 of the ordinance “Violations of this
chapter shall be punishable by a civil penalty of no less than $10 and no more than $100 for each violation. Each day after the notice of violation has been received by the owner/occupant
shall constitute a separate offense.”
This office seeks and anticipates your cooperation for a timely resolution of this matter.
