NOTICE OF UNSAFE STRUCTURE

Assessor' s Map87 Lot 24 .
Dear Sir/Madame:
The Building Official of the Town of Montville hereby de-
clares that the buildings at the above address are unsafe. This
authority is given in the BOCA Basic/National Building -Code Section
120.0 through 120.5 which reads as follows: (see attached copy)
Your attention is drawn to the fact that Section 120.6 re-
quires an immediate response from you regarding your acceptance
or rejection of this order.
The following is a description of the necessary repairs or
improvements you are hereby ordered to comply with:
The condition and per cent of repair is declared to be;
50% or over X , 50% or under .
1. The chicken coops used for storage are beyond repair
and must be demolished. The site must then be graded
and all debris properly disposed of. This must be dont
by permit within 30 days of the above date.
Also I would like to call your attention to Section 1210.6,
Disregard of Unsafe Notice. (see attached copy)

land of Sarah Frank, or assigns, and a merestone on the highway from Fitch's
Corner to Montville Center; thence running northerly about 625 feet by said
Frank land to a merestone and land of S. R. Whitman et al, or assigns;
thence easterly about 180 feet by said Whitman land to a merestone and still
other land of said Whitman, et al; thence southerly about 625 feet, still by
land of Whitman, et al, to a merestone and the first mentioned highway; thence
westerly about 180 feet, by said highway to the point of beginning.
,ECONI) TRACT: Beginning at a merestone on the northerly side of the
highway leading from Fitch's Corner to Montville Center, said merestone
being about one-half mile westerly of Fitch's Corner and running N8 1/2° E
about 1400 feet to a mere;,tone; said line passing through a mark on a rock
about 390 feet southerly of the northerly end of this line, abutting easterly on
land formerly of Sarah Whitman and Clara Young; thence S 71 1/2° W about 460
feet to a merestone abutting northerly on the Fort Hill Farrrr so-called and land

436 feet to the point of beginning.
Being the same premises conveyed by deed of Reubin Lieber to Jack W. Lieber
and Ruth J. Lieber recorded in Volume 58 at page 193 of the Montville Land
Records; and the same premises conveyed by Lewis C. Maruzo, Committee of
Sale to Robert H. Chabot by deed of February 20, 1970, recordd in the
Montville Land Records.
Subject to an easement in favor of the Southern New England Tele hone Company.
