RE: Unsafe Notice of 5/7/87, property located at 265
Raymond Hill Road, Assessor' s Map 87, Lot 24.
Dear Mr. & Mrs. Chabot,
You were ordered to remove the chicken coops from
the property referenced above. Based on an inspection
of the property done on 2/23/88 there is still one coop
standing and two which have been taken down.
The debris must be hauled away and the site cleaned
and made safe. If it is your intent to salvage the re-
maining coop you must get a permit and do the work.
This is to be considered a final notice and must be
complied with within 14 days of the above date or the
Town Attorney will proceed with the necessary legal action
to gain compliance.
