mr. John mcQuown, Sanitarian, that the septic system has met all the
requirements of the He alth Code, therefore, the variance to allow construction
of a two family dwelling from a one family dwelling' has been APPROVED with

the following stipulation:.
The trailer must bo removed from the property before the
certificate of occupancy is granted.
The effective date of decision is Wednesday, march 30, 1977.
