You are hereby ordered to discontinue the violations at the above referenced address per section 106 of the
1995 CABO as adopted as the Connecticut State Building Code.
You must STOP WORK as per section 118 of the 1995 CABO as adopted as the Connecticut State Building
Code and you must submit to the Building Department a plan of compliance within ten(10)calendar days
from the receipt of this notice in order to avoid legal action.
The violation consists of:
1 - Construction of a deck without the required permit(s) and approvals
2 - Construction of a membrane structure without the required permit(s)and approvals

Re: Construction of the deck and membrane structure/garage
I will not allow the membrane structure/garage in the park. I expect it to be removed by
the 1 of September. If it is not removed by the 1st the rent will be $50/month due on the
1 S`of September. If you have not gotten the necessary permits for your deck by the 10th of
September I will not allow it. It will have to be removed.
