You have tentative approval to install an 8' x 8' wood utility building. You may install the utility building on your site in the agreed upon location (behind your home), provided all specifications of the Rental Agreement's Rules and Regulations are observed. Wood utility buildings must meet the following: criteria: 1. Only reputable manufacturers' brand-names can be used. 2. The construction must be sturdy enough to withstand the worst weather conditions and temperatures. 3. Each utility building must be installed on a concrete slab or a properly treated wood deck set on concrete blocks to be at least four inches off the ground. 4. It must be of a design to harmonize with the home, including matching paint. 5. It must be kept in good condition and repair at all times. 6. No future add-ons will be permitted. 7. An approved anchoring system must be installed as required by the local building code. Any permits required by the town and/or county (building, sanitary and zoning) must be secured by you and a copy submitted to the corporate office prior to the shed's installation. Only after Jensen's has copies of these permits in our possession and is assured you have made all efforts to conform to the town codes will your proposed project be granted final approval. The project must be completed in a neat, craftsmanlike manner. The project must be commenced within 90 days of this approval and be completed within 30 days of the commencement.
