The meeting will be on the 10th at 7:00. I still need the revised plans
as per the Town Engineers Comments also you still need to address the
Uncas Health Comments. See attached letters. The water issue can be made
a condition of the wetlands but will have to be addressed for P&Z. Tom F
will be in the office next Friday and then the following Tuesday if you
want to submit the revised plans. I suggest that if you have met all the
comments that you submit an application to P & Z on the 8th for the 22nd
meeting.

I see that you have a P&Z Meeting scheduled for 1/8/08. Do we have all
the comments back for the Dental office site? I know the Commission will
not be able to take any action because we will not be approved
(hopefully) by the IWC until 1/10/08. Should I plan on just skipping the
1/8/08 P&Z meeting and plan on a presentation at the 1/22/08 meeting?

Happy New Year!!!!!!
This is a heads up that the regularly scheduled January meeting may be
canceled. However, there was a special meeting scheduled for January
10th at 7:00. My intent is to have the full meeting that day instead of
on the 17th, but I have not heard from the Chairman as of yet. However,
I wanted you all to be aware so you could pencil us in for that night.
