Marcia’s Comments are:
1. The project can not be done in phases as shown if a variance is
required for Phase II. The approved site plan can not be contingent on
the applicant obtaining a variance
2. Since there are alternatives to the layout that would not
require additional variances or further wetland buffer disturbance the
Commission’s may not grant those applications
