Phase 1 would not require a variance 2. Phase II would require a variance 3. The residential use of the house would have to be abandoned. Once abandoned it could not be turned back into a house 4. The site would have to be connected to the water line From Me: The new plans have a larger impact on the review area then the one currently proposed. Marcia has not had time to look at the plans because she has had a lot of meetings this week. I will forward her comments as soon as I have them.
