Please find attached a letter that was sent to Mr. DeBlois regarding the
as-built of 8 Fawns Meadow. It appears as though there is a drainage
pipe within the review area that had not been approved by the Inland
Wetlands Commission. In addition the septic system is not shown on the
plans and prior to the Commission review the septic must be shown on the
plans. If you have any questions please call the office.

Re: 8 Fawns Meadow Road
Dear Mr. DeBlois:
After review of the as-built plan that was submitted for the property at 8 Fawns Meadow Road (Assessor’s Map 31 Lot 28-2C), it has come to my attention that a drain was placed within
the upland review area. This location was not part of the original subdivision and must be reviewed by the Inland Wetlands Commission. In addition, the as-built plan does not show the
location of the septic system. In order to completely review the as-built plan, the location of the septic system has to be added to the plan. The revised as-built plan must be submitted
to the office on or before November 14, 2008.
This item will be placed on the November 20, 2008 Inland Wetlands agenda. The meeting is at 7:00 pm in the Town Hall Council Chambers.
Failure to respond to this letter within 10 days will result in a Cease and Desist Order.
