Copy of the proposed Warranty Deed to the Town of Montville.
Copy of an Authorizing Resolution from Ronald R.S. Picerne.
Plan titled "TOPOGRAPHIC SURVEY AS-BUILT PLAN/PROFILE FAWN’S MEADOW ROAD PREPARED FOR PICERNE DEVELOPMENT FAWN’S MEADOW ROAD MONTVILLE, CONNECTICUT" prepared by Boundaries, LLC rev.
"A" per Town Engineer’s Comments 10-21-11.
Copy of the Certificate of Title.
Please review the enclosed for legal form and description. Fawn’s Meadow Road is on the Planning & Zoning Commission’s agenda for acceptance. As winter is just around the corner, it
would be appreciated if the review could be completed expeditiously in order for the Town to make arrangements for snow removal.
