Dear Mr. Monterio:
Your application to perform regulated activities in con-
struction at 50 Beechwood Road, Oakdale has been considered
Note 1.E of the plan submitted with the application states
that the stream bed which exists on property will not be
affected. The the Montville Inland-Wetlands Com-
mission declines jurisdiction in this construction.
If, as you state the stream bording the lot at 59 Oak Hill
Road, Oakdale is not to be affected, the situation is the
same.
