Depending on the outcome of their review, the Inland Wetlands Commission will be able to make a determination as to what falls under our review and what will be handled by the state - At this time erosion and sediment control measures are in place and no further activity has taken place on the property. - The applicant’s engineer is working on new plans to be submitted to both the DEP and the Wetlands Commission for review - \\mntvl-th-gis01\planningoffice$\AA-Curly\PROPERTY FILES\COVE RD 37-M75L7\Petrowski IWC Cease and Desist\37 cove road staff report 3-19-09 .docx Draft Motion After giving due consideration to all relevant factors including those in Section 10 and or Section 4 of the Montville Inland Wetland Regulation and Section 22a-41 of the Connecticut General Statutes, I move to approve the following application This decision is based on the fact that the Commission finds that the activities are required for Public Safety at this time. Any future work will have to come before the Commission for additional review.
