Order.

Rich Snarski has completed his delineation of the wetlands on the site.
The only wetlands on the site are tidal wetlands. No inland wetlands
were present. Although portions of the property are within the 100-year
flood plain there is no flood plain soils present on the site. It is
Rich’s opinion that this site is NOT within the IWC jurisdiction.
