RE: PARKING COMMERCIAL VEHICLES ON TOWN PROPERTY, OLD COLCHESTER RD.
Dear Mr. Jacobowitz:
Over the past few weeks, the office has observed the parking of tractor trailer boxes on property owned by the Town of Montville, located on Old Colchester Road (shown on Assessor’s
Map #29 Lot #68). The records in the Planning and Zoning Office do not indicate that the Town of Montville has ever granted you permission to park or store motor vehicles on Town property.
Additionally, the Town of Montville requires you to have a permit to operate your business out of your residence.
Please contact the Planning Department to address these issues.
Office hours are 8:00 A.M. through 4:30 P.M., Monday through Friday.
