Dear Mr. and Mrs. Laing
During a resent review of our files it was establish that a garage constructed under permit # B2003-0651,
dated 06-Nov-03 is lacking the required inspections for the issuing of a certificate of occupancy. Per
section R109.1 of the Connecticut State Building Code, "For onsite construction, from time to time the
building official, upon notification from the permit holder or his agent, shall make or cause to be made
any necessary inspections and shall either approve that portion of the construction as completed or shall
notify the permit holder or his or her agent wherein the same fails to comply with this code."
Please call our office at the number listed above to schedule the required inspection(s) and inform use as
to the status of the work performed under this permit, in order to close out this permit.
