N O T I C E O F P U B L I C H E A R I N G
The Montville Zoning Board of Appeals will hold a public hearing on Wednesday, December 1,
2010 at 7:00 P.M. at the Montville Town Hall, Council Chambers, 310 Norwich New London
Turnpike, Uncasville, CT on the following petition(s):
Richard C. Cullen: An application for a variance of Section 4.6.2.3 (Home Occupation permit)
on the property located at 467 Chesterfield Road, Oakdale, CT. As shown on Assessor’s Map 20
Lot 3-4.
The Mohegan Tribe of Indians of Connecticut: An application for a Certificate of Location for a
Fueling Facility to be located on the property at 16 Sandy Desert Road, Uncasville, CT As
shown on Assessor’s Map 63 Lot 128.
At this hearing interested persons may appear and be heard and written communications will be
received. Copies of the map and application are on file in the office of the Zoning Enforcement
Officer, Montville Town Hall, 310 Norwich New London Turnpike, Uncasville, CT. for public
inspection.
