Project Location: 455 Chesterfield Road
Comments:
I have reviewed the plan and have the following comments that must be addressed prior to
approval:
1. Original signature and seal of design engineer is required on the plans.
2. Existing contours in the building and leaching area, including 25’-50’ down
gradient are required.
3. A cross section through leaching area indicating elevations of the system, ledge,
ground water and mottling is required.
4. On 459 Chesterfield Road a cleanout is required on the house sewer pipe.
5. The size of septic tanks must be noted for all proposed lots.
6. The well and septic for the Cullen property to be located.
7. A stable benchmark would be needed in the area of the system.
8. A code compliant septic system for 455 Chesterfield Road must be provided.
9. MLSS calculations for 447, 451, and 459 Chesterfield Road are incorrect.
10. A written description of leaching system proposed must be shown for all proposed
lots.
11. Dimension of leaching system lengths, and distances must be indicated for all
proposed lots.
12. Additional soil testing in the reserve area is required for 447 Chesterfield Road.
