The Montville Inland Wetlands Commission at its meeting held September 19,
2002, took the following action:
a. Rand Whitney: An application for the extension of permit 97 IWC 18 to
withdraw water from Oxoboxo Brook to use as process water in its linerboard
manufacturing facility on property located at Route 163, Montville, Ct. Shown on
Assessor’s Map 82/31 Lot 46/19. GRANTED WITH CONDITION
b. Michael Krautmann: An application for the construction of a footbridge on
property located at Camp Oakdale, Simpson Lane, Oakdale, Ct. Shown on
Assessor’s Map 38 Lots 58 & 59.GRANTED WITH CONDITIONS
c. Chris Casadei: An application for a timber harvest on property located at
Chapel Hill Road, 470 Chapel Hill Road and 100 Forsyth Road, Oakdale, Ct.
Shown on Assessor’s Maps 35/43 Lots 5,6,7,8/9 GRANTED
d. Town of Montville: An application for storm drainage improvements and
culvert replacement on property located at Derry Hill Road right of way,
Uncasville, Ct. Shown on Assessor’s Map 33/34 Lot 40,40A, 46/30
