The Montville Inland Wetlands Commission at its meeting held December 16, 2004, took the following
action:
a. Micah & Brianne Messer: A modification of application 204 IWC 35 for the construction
of a driveway and culvert across a watercourse on the property located at 160 Chapel Hill
Road, Oakdale, CT. As shown on Assessor’s Map 28 Lot 2-01. GRANTED
b. Bruce N. Valenti: An application to install a deck for a hot tub within the buffer area or
the property located at 405 Maple Avenue, Uncasville, CT. As shown on Assessor’s
Map 31 Lot 12. GRANTED
c. William T. Finney, Jr.: An application to construct a driveway culvert across a
watercourse and through regulated areas to access a house site on the property located at
Raymond Hill Road, Uncasville, CT. As shown on Assessor’s Map 40 Lot 1.
GRANTED WITH CONDITIONS
d. Stephen J. Acerbo: Application for the crossing in association with a timber harvest on
the property located at Raymond Hill Road, Uncasville, CT. As shown on Assessor’s
Map 40 Lot 1. GRANTED WITH CONDITIONS
e. Bryan Carignan: An application for a driveway crossing and utilities in wetland area and
buffer in conjunction with a new residence on the property located at 272 Chesterfield
Road, Oakdale, Ct. As shown on Assessor’s Map 21 Lot 3. GRANTED WITH
CONDITIONS

Turnpike, Uncasville, Ct. for public inspection.
