Dear Mr. Bibeau,
This is to inform you that the Building Inspector's
report shows that the water infiltration of the basement
light fixture was caused by a leaking water heater.
He also reported a roof leak that possibly originated
in the section next door has stained the ceiling on your
side.
I will be in touch with Kennedy InterVest concerning
this report.
