Dear Mr. Cohen,
In our continuing effort to eliminate unsightly blight throughout the town, the following properties have
been sighted with accumulated debris. These properties may be in violation of the one or more of the following
sections 19-13-B1(d)(g)(i), 19-13-B21(a), 19-13-B25, 19-13-B31, and/or 19-13-B32(f):
12 Avery Road - debris
74 Broadview Avenue - debris/garbage
69 Lathrop Road - debris/garbage
134 Maple Avenue - debris in rear
79 Maple Avenue - debris
267 Maple Avenue - debris
287 Maple Avenue - debris on side
298 Maple Avenue - debris in truck
405 Maple Avenue - debris
36 Maple Avenue Ext. - debris
41 Maple Avenue Ext. - debris/garbage
57 Pequot Road - debris
65 Pink Row - debris/garbage
7 Powerhouse Road - debris
56 Route 32 - debris/garbage
1985 Route 32 - debris/garage
If you have any questions after performing the inspections on the above-mentioned properties, please feel
free to contact me so we may inspect the property together. Please forward to this office any actions taken for our
records.
To date we have not received any information on properties referenced in a letter dated May 8, 2002
(a copy is enclosed). Please inform us of the status of our request of your actions taken.
As more inspections are performed and possible violators are noted, our office will forward the addresses to
your department for inspection.
