The Montville Inland Wetlands Commission at a special meeting held June 15, 2006, took the following
actions:
Paul & Pamela Hagerman: An application for the construction of a bridge and shed, removal of
debris and trees within a regulated area on the property located at 56 Meetinghouse Lane,
Uncasville. Ct. As shown on Assessor’s Map 38 Lot 24A. GRANTED WITH CONDITIONS
Lorraine Rice: An application for the construction of a garage with a deck within a regulated
area on the property located at 27 Bridge Street, Montville, Ct. As shown on Assessor’s Map 82
Lot 55. GRANTED
Robert Krajewski: An application for modification of activities in regulated areas associated with the
construction of a new house on the property located at 35 Hidden Acres Rd, Uncasville, Ct. As shown on
Assessor’s Map 8 Lot 24. GRANTED
Montville Fair, LLC: Renewal/Modification for work in the regulated buffer on the property
located at Camp Oakdale Pavillion Area (intersection of Oxoboxo Dam Road and Route 163),
Oakdale, Ct. As shown on Assessor’s Map 38 Lot 58 and 46 Lot 1. GRANTED
