Drawer 191 New London, CT 06320 Re: 12-14 Brewer Street Uncasville, CT 06382 Dear Attorney Sabilia: Upon receipt of your letter, I researched the status of the bonds that were held by the Town relative to the above-noted property. I discovered that the $6,500.00 bond that was held by the Public Works Department had been released in December of 2006. I am enclosing a copy of the bond release letter that released that bond. The Planning Department still has a $2,000.00 bond in place on 12 & 14 Brewer Street as well as one on 9 Harrison Street. I have enclosed a copy of the account information.
