Yes we can. Just let me know if there is any dimensional changes that
you need. Also if I put in the right number for the footings. The
narrative looks good to me. Just email me back any changes and I will
forward a revision for you to review.

I'm attaching a revised narrative including the dimensions of the
concrete slab. (6' x 8')
Is it possible to use the document that you created and just add the
dimensions of the concrete slab to it? I was trying to use your
document, but it wasn't allowing me to add to an adobe document. I was
drawing a similar picture on the hard copies that I have at home, but
they are so small that when you scan them in, they don't look as good.
If this doesn't work, I'll try and make something up myself tomorrow
night.

During the July 17, 2008 meeting of the Inland Wetlands Commission your
application for the construction of a deck on the property located at
291 Black Ash Road (Assessor's Map 28 Lot 3-4) was reviewed by the
Commission. The Commission has requested the following information in
order to review your application.
1. A new sketch of the deck location( including the size of the
concrete slab)
2. Narrative must also include the concrete slab
Please call the office upon receipt of this email in order to discuss
the above mentioned items.
