It appears as though you have constructed a retaining wall without a permit. Any activity within 50 ft of a wetland or watercourse is required to have a permit from the Inland Wetlands Commission. Please respond to the office within 10 days of the receipt of this letter. Failure to comply will result in the issuance of a Cease and Desist.
