I am the owner of property subject to this application form , we are adding to the existing back yard
porch the existing d I sions are 12x10 ft we are adding 6x8ft for the total to be 18x18 ft.
We will dig 5 holes n the back yard to support the deck, we will dig end put 6" concrete filling.
The distance at the lick is less than one foot as the land is sloppy, however we will move the opening
from the side to the ack of the yard, however the distance is less thaii I foot from the ground to the
platform, according to what I was told there would be no nod for a ten, however we will place a ready
made concrete foot tep.
We are making the xtension ourselves with the help of a friend.
I am ready to pay fees and comply with the town of Montville regulations
