At your request on December 4, 2006 I conducted an inspection of the gas log insert at the above
referenced address, and determined that the installation is in substantial compliance with the
provisions of t 'e Connecticut Building Code. In addition, I conducted an administrative review of
the building fie for the referenced property. During that review I noted that the manufactured
fireplace was installed and inspected during construction of the home. The records indicate that the
fireplace is installed in substantial compliance with Connecticut Building Code.
