• Double jack studs are required for all window and
door opening over 6' in width. Note the basement
window and garage door openings. On the 15'floor
note the bay window and two sliders. On the upper
most level note the slider.
Framing • The stairs from the basement have unequal risers.

have unequal risers. The landing at the top of the
stairs is required to be 36"deep.
• Header construction in question.To be verified.
The headers are not sized according to Table
R502.5 of the 2003 IRC.

• No permits on file for Electric, Plumbing and
Mechanical
• House number not displayed on house or street as
required by Town ordinance.
• Plans submitted for application do not match
structure as built.—Furnish corrected plans
• The structure as built has an upper level finished
which was not shown on plans and included in
permit fees. **Additional fees are due.
• Additional Deck was built for the upper level and
6/23/17 DJ none of the decks were charged for. **Permit fees
are due for all.
• All receptacles in garage must be GFCI protected.
• A wall shown on the plans in the basement
between an unfinished portion of the basement
and a single garage bay has been omitted.

permit and fees
• A set of double glass door exist between the two
separate garage areas.Since there is living space
with a finished bath room attached to one area
these doors must be rated. If the wall omitted from
the original plan is installed this would not be
required.
