Good Morning Kyle,
Attached hereto please find a copy of the Application and associated documents received by me
with reference to a new submission for regulated activities associated with the construction of a
single family home with grading and a walkway at the above mentioned property. The IWC
previously issued a Permit for regulated activities however it appears the size of the house and other
site improvements are now changing. Please review same and provide comments forthwith. This
matter is scheduled to be received by the Commission at the Thursday, August 20, 2026 IWC
meeting.
