RE: Site Plan Application 26SITE11 Review 38 Laurel Point Drive – Site Plan CLA-8581D Dear Stacy:
CLA Engineers, Inc. (CLA) has received the application materials for the above referenced project located on the Town Form Repository: https://www.townofmontville.org/form-repository/2026-application-26-iwc-11-38-laurel-point-drive-permits-in-conjunction-with-re/ CLA has reviewed the site and performed a review of the application documents and offer the following comments: 1) Some of the grades appear to be 2:1 slopes, while the E&S narrative states all cut and fill slopes are not to exceed 3:1 slopes. The project narrative states 3.5:1 slopes. If the 2:1 slopes are to remain, erosion control blankets should be used and called out on plans.
2) Provide the location of the material stockpiles and associated E&S controls. 3) Extend silt fence on the western side of the driveway south to contour 410. 4) Provide limits of clearing.
