Good Afternoon Wes:
After reviewing the submitted documents for the 2-lot subdivision of the above referenced property,
I have one question that still remains that I would like clarification on before finalizing my Staff
Report, with reference to the culvert being installed under the driveway. Can you demonstrate that
the installation of the pipe and rip rap will not effect the upland review area on the North side of the
property.
