Agencies Sections 20-300b-1 through 20-300b-20 and the "Standards for Surveys and Maps
in the State of Connecticut" as adopted by the Connecticut Association of Land Surveyors,
Inc. on August 29, 2019. It is a Property Survey and a Topographic Survey, intended to be
utilized for planning and design of a residential subdivision. The scope of the field survey
was limited to the general area of proposed development.

observations.
4.The surveyed area is not located within a Special Flood Hazard Area as determined from the
Federal Emergency Management Agency (FEMA) Flood Insurance Rate Map for the Town
of Montville, County of New London, Map Number 09011C0329G, effective date 7/18/2011.
5.The inland wetlands areas depicted hereon were delineated by Wes Wentworth, P.E. and
Soil Scientist, in April of 2026.
6.Underground utilities might not be depicted or noted hereon. Underground utility and
other features might exist, but are unknown to Franklin Surveys. The size, location, and
