Good Afternoon Bob,
Attached hereto please find a copy of an Application and supporting documents pertaining to the
submission of an IWC Application at the above mentioned property.
On September 2, 2025 I received a potential complaint for someone working within wetlands and/or
upland review area. Meredith and I conducted an inspection and found that the property owner had
an excavator at his property and work on the property was in progress however, I was not entirely
sure of the exact location of wetlands on the property (see Inspection Report 9-2-2025). I
immediately forwarded a Notice of Apparent Violation and the property owner contacted me with
the required 7 days. The property owner agreed to cease all activity and install silt fence. He also
agreed to meet myself and Meredith on site on September 18, 2025 to show us what he was doing
(see Inspection Report 9-18-2025). After our meeting, the property owner came into the office and
submitted an Application, along with the attached site plan.
