Good Morning Bob,
Please find attached hereto a copy of the Topographical Survey showing Existing Conditions,
submitted by Boundaries, LLC; a Wetlands Report with proposed remediation, submitted by Rich
Snarsky; and an Engineer Report showing the suggested overflow trench, submitted by John
Martucci. Kindly review and provide comments forthwith. I plan to submit the Applicant’s Request
for Extension of Time for 65 days to the Commission this evening and I will provide a copy of the
above documents; advising them that same were provided to you for your comments. Immediately
upon my receipt of your comments, I will forward same to the Applicant for response. I am hopeful
that we can get this approved shortly.
