Good morning,
I apologize for the delay in responding – until yesterday I was unaware of this
project.
At this time, the Fire Marshal’s Office has no concerns regarding the site plan.
However, due to a “change of occupancy” they shall be required to apply the
most current adopted fire safety code as per: CFC III Section 102.1 –
Applicability.

I have reviewed our open Land Use applications and the only one that we were awaiting comments
from the Fire Marshal on was an application for a Change of Use Home Occupation Dentist Office to
a Financial Planning Office Building at 197 Route 32. The link containing all application documents in
below. If you could review and provide and comments as soon as possible it would be appreciated as
this application is on the July 28, 2026 PZC meeting agenda. If you have any questions please feel
free to reach out or stop by the Land Use office.
