Good morning Liz:
The above referenced applicant hereby grants an extension of the statutory time period on
which the Montville Planning and Zoning Commission is required to act on the abovereferenced site plan application for the maximum period allowed by Connecticut General
Statutes 8-7d. The applicant further requests that the Agenda item concerning this matter onthe July 25, 2023 meeting agenda be tabled to the August, 2023 regular meeting of the
Montville Planning and Zoning Commission to allow the applicant's engineering consultantsadditional time to address staff review comments.
