We have some comments regarding the maps provided with the application:
1. There is a non-delineated parcel between proposed lot #23 and the parcel known as 45
Sharp Hill Rd (023/064/000). We have identified this parcel as “unofficial lot #24” for
your reference. The survey is showing it connected with the proposed road. It needs to
be delineated as a sole lot reflecting the acreage, and its “land use” needs to be
specified for our CAMA system.
2. The street number “1 Jonathan Way” is being assigned to the “proposed Lot 1” because
the driveway entrance (access) is on the proposed road per plans provided. However,
this parcel can be accessed from Sharp Hill Rd as well. It might need clarification.
3. The “Open Space” area 8.63 acres will retain the original M/B/L of the original parcel (47
Sharp Hill Rd), and it will be named “Jonathan Way” because it is a component of the
development.
