Hi Stacy,
I have reviewed the plans provided. I have a couple of comments.
1. The street light detail should be included on the plans.
2. A note indicating that the Town of Montville is not responsible for the operation or
maintenance of the underdrain trench and piping beyond the right-of-way limits should be
placed on the Subdivision Plan.
3. We would recommend that defined easements or callouts be shown on the Subdivision Plan
for the underdrain easements, rights to drain, and right of access/maintenance across the
subject properties.
4. Signage should be placed within the open space along the proposed swale indicating there
should be no dumping or filling of the swale.
All other comments have been addressed.
