Dear Mr. Hohlfelder,
Thank you for choosing Dime Bank to assist you in financing the above referenced property. We are
pleased that you have chosen us to handle this important transaction and look forward to working with
you on the letter of credit for the Road Bond requirement for the Town of Montville.
Dime Bank is in the process of underwriting your loan request. The appraisal has been ordered and is
due to the Bank on May 20, 2026. Once the Bank is in receipt of the appraisal, we will then be able to
complete your request for the letter of credit and the construction mortgage to build the infrastructure
at 47 Sharp Hill Rd. Montville.
