Dear Attorney Heller:
Per your request we have prepared a bond estimate to dig and set the proposed street line
monuments shown on a map entitled “RECORD RESUBDIVISION MAP LAND NOW OR
FORMERLY OF PACHAUG CAPITAL LLC BLACKASH ROAD & OLD COLCHESTER
ROAD Montville, Connecticut BY BENNETT & SMILAS ASSOCIATES, INC., SHEET 3 OF
10, SCALE: 1” = 100’, DATE: AUGUST 22, 2023, REV. 1 04/08/24, AND REV. 2 05/28/2024.
Please note the following:
• There are 14 monuments show along the street rights of way on the above-referenced
plan.
• Our project cost to purchase the monuments, stake the monument location, dig a hole for
the monument and set the monument is $250.00 per monument.
• We recommend the bond for monumentation be set at $3,500.00
Please submit this recommendation to the Planning & Zoning Commission when you submit the
revised plans.
