Good morning,
I hope you are all doing well.
Please note that the parcels known as 310 Route 163 (082/061/00A) and Route 163 (082/061/000)
have been merged into a single parcel following the recording of a Quitclaim Deed in the land
records on June 16, 2026 (Volume 724, Page 1066).
The parcel known as Route 163 (082/061/000) has been deleted from our CAMA system. The
combined acreage (7.90 acres) has been added to the parcel known as 310 Route 163
(082/061/00A).
We will send the updated GIS mapping information to CAI shortly.
