Conducted inspection following a complaint for the keeping of chickens/hens without permits and having
roosters as well. Inspection showed that chickens are present and no being kept inside an enclosed structure,
per Zoning Regulations. The property owner does not have a permit to have chickens/hens. I was unable to
determine if there was a rooster on site and did not hear one during my inspection. NOV will be prepared and
forwarded to property owner with a request for voluntary compliance.
