At the ZBA Meeting last evening, the Board received the Application for Appeal of the ZEO’s C&D
Letter of 1/13/2026 and set the Public Hearing for Wednesday, April 1, 2026 at 6 p.m. Attached
hereto please find a copy of the Notice of Public Hearing which has been placed on the Town of
Montville’s website and which will run in the New London Day on March 19, 2026 and March 26,
2026. I will forward a copy of the Agenda once same has been prepared and filed with the Town
Clerk’s office.
